Booking Terms & Shop Policies
Please review the following guidelines before scheduling your appointment.
- Arrival Time: All clients must arrive 10–15 minutes before their appointment. Late arrivals may lose their spot and your placement may be moved to the next available client.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or change a booking, please call the shop at 905-430-1050. Same-day cancellations must be done by phone.
- Chosen Barber: If you book with a specific barber, you will be serviced by that barber. Switching barbers upon arrival is not permitted.
- No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their appointment may be restricted from future online bookings.
- Respectful Conduct: Disrespectful or aggressive behavior toward staff or clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
- Service Preparation: Please arrive with clean hair and remove any hats, durags, or head coverings before your service begins.
